A brand new 9,000 acre farm site with almost no existing grain storage or drying options.
Skyway Grain Systems matched the typical harvest output with a Sukup Mixed Flow Dryer and designed a storage and handling system site around the dryer.
More about this project
Northern Alberta, the location of this project, tends to have a short growing season. Farms in this region need a grain storage and handling system to operate in these conditions. The final project included approximately 750,000 bushels of storage with truck loading and unloading capability.
Skyway Grain Systems provided a Sukup mixed flow dryer, 13 commercial grain bins, six heavy-duty hopper bins, a hy-flight conveyor, and a bucket elevator for this project.
