The QuadraTouch™ Control System has 2 programs per dryer -- One for the HMI (or
touchscreen) and one for the PLC (located inside the power box).
Check your version information on your QuadraTouch™ system by selecting "Tools"
--> "System Tools" --> "System Information" You will see the version
numbers for the PLC and HMI on this screen.
If the version numbers on your screen are older, feel free to download the newest

You may also need the following program from Phoenix Contact. This program allows the user to start the PLC in the event of a stop mode. This can happen sometimes when changing software versions.
Start/Stop PLC Program
(x86 operation only)
Unzip the file and choose an install directory. The default is C:/Universal.
After installation, find the directory you installed and open the folder.
You will find a folder called "StartStopSample" Open that folder and run the .exe
file called "OnlineAccessSample" Watch the video above to see how the program
works.
Click on the links below to download the newest .zip files. Each file is specific
to the dryer it goes on. For example, a 2 Fan, Single-Module dryer will take
a 2 Fan program. When upgrading to V2.0, both the HMI and the PLC must be
updated. V2.0 on the PLC will not work with V1.3 on the HMI and vice-versa.
Some PLC setups have two options for each dryer. If your dryer is not equipped
with an incoming moisture sensor, DO NOT program your PLC with that program.
It will cause an error, and your PLC will not function properly.
